remote execute (rexec)

The r command rexec meets increased security requirements compared to rsh, with command entry and command execution being password-only. Commands are only executed if the password matches the one expected by the user. The functionality of rexec is otherwise the same as rsh. As with all r commands, the r-exec commands are executed by a daemon program (rexecd) that must be installed on the computer.
