relative constallation error (RCE)

The Relative Constallation Error (RCE) is a parameter for the modulation quality of mobile radio systems. It is an indicator with which the quality of the modulation is defined. The RCE value is directly related to the Error Vector Magnitude ( EVM) and is formed from its 20-fold logarithm: RCE corresponds to 20log EVM.
