Real TimeVideo (RTV) represents the basic quality level under Digital Video Interactive
(DVI). With Real Time Video, video sequences can be compressed in real time and displayed with "Video for Windows". A variant of real-time video is Indeo from Intel. The characteristic values of real-time video corresponded to the technical possibilities of the 80s, in which the procedure was developed. The supported image format has an aspect ratio of 4:3 and the image resolution is less than 200 pixels. The process no longer meets modern requirements.
