realtime kinematic (drone) (RTK)

Unlike Post-Processed Kinematic(PPK), Realtime Kinematic (RTK) is a GPS correction technique that provides real-time corrections to location data.

Realtime Kinematic works in real time by correcting location data in aerial drone images as they are taken. The location data is corrected during the drone flight. Thus, the aerial images with the corrected location data are immediately available for further processing.
