The Ragone diagram is a special diagram for power comparisons.
It is mainly used in power engineering and energy storage to compare the performance of batteries, accumulators and power capacitors.
The Ragone diagram uses the Cartesian coordinate system with logarithmic axes for energy density in the vertical and power density in the horizontal. Dividing both values gives the discharge times, which are plotted diagonally as lines of equal discharge times, on the Ragone diagram.
