radio port (RP)

Radio Ports (RP) are the name of the radio base stations in Personal Access Communications Systems ( PACS). The Radio Port is connected to the handset, the Subscriber Unit (SU), via the air interface and is controlled by the Radio Port Controller ( RPC).
