print bed
The component of a 3D printer on which the print object is built up layer by layer is the print bed. Depending on the type of printer, the print bed can be moved in one or two axes: horizontally and vertically.
The print object is printed on the print bed, and the object must not adhere to the print bed by too strong adhesion and must easily detach from the print bed after completion. To avoid warping and deformation of the print object, there are heatable print beds or heating beds.
