funcionality, usability, reliability, performance, supportability (FURPS)
FURPS is an acronym and stands - with reference to the English names - for a certain quality model with regard to the software life cycle. Thereby mean:
Functionality (functionality), Usability ( usability), Reliability ( reliability), Performance (efficiency), Supportability (maintainability).
FURPS can be arranged into the group of the software Criteria models( SCM), which generally valid rules - so-called characteristics - for the structure of software quality models specify. The model FURPS was developed already 1985 by Hewlett Packard for the improvement of the product quality of software and defines 5 main characteristics and 27 partial characteristics. Their indicators are essentially based on errors and costs.
