There are various types of auctions in the virtual bidding room. These differ in terms of bidding behavior and the combination of individual items into an overall package, the timing and the ranking of bids.

One of these auction types is the Parametric Auction. This is a multi-dimensional auction in which the services up for auction are specified by the suppliers, for example, delivery quantities and delivery times, payment targets and warranty services. Since parametric auctions are conducted with individual specifications, automatic evaluation is not possible.
