packet level protocol (PLP)

The Packet LevelProtocol (PLP) is the network layer protocol in the X.25 protocol stack. It is also called X.25 Level 3 and is sometimes referred to as the X.25 protocol. The Packet Level Protocol (PLP) was specified by the International Telecommunication Union ( ITU-T).
