packet driver specification (PDS)

The Packet Driver Specification (PDS) describes the loading of software drivers under the DOS operating system, the implementation of the network card and the use of the same by various protocol stacks.

The Packet Driver Specification (PDS) was developed by FTP Software, Inc. and is in the public domain. Clarkson University (Potsdam, NY) has compiled a collection of packet drivers that is public domain and available through Anonymous FTP( AFTP).
