Outgoing Calls Barred (OCB) is a feature of circuit- and packet-switched networks with which outgoing calls can be barred. The terms Outgoing Calls Barred (OCB) and Barring of Outgoing Calls (BOC) are identical. The barring function is activated by the subscriber or the network operator by suppressing the call setup.
