outgoing calls barred (ISDN) (OCB)

Outgoing Calls Barred (OCB) is a feature of circuit- and packet-switched networks that can be used to bar outgoing calls. The terms Outgoing Calls Barred (OCB) and Barring of Outgoing Calls(BOC) are identical. The barring function is activated by the subscriber or the network operator by suppressing the call setup.
