Outbound marketing involves sending messages and information to the selected target group using classic marketing tools.
Outbound marketing includes the entire cross- channel marketing with the classic advertising channels such as the sending of letters, flyers and brochures, the inserts in newspapers, radio and television advertising, furthermore telephone marketing, e-mail marketing and viral marketing.
Outbound marketing includes all media that carry the image of a company or product directly to the customer. This includes large displays as well as mobile truck advertising or online marketing, which is aimed directly at the end consumer. Outbound marketing has significant wastage compared to web-based inbound marketing. The success rate is relatively low and the costs are relatively high due to the high wastage.
