open traffic system (traffic) (OTS)

Open Traffic System(OTS) is a standardization initiative of the Open Traffic Systems City Association (OCA).

OTS systems are real-time systems for traffic control and management. It is an open framework with standardized interfaces to which submodules from different manufacturers are connected, which can communicate with each other via communication modules. One part of the Open Traffic System is the Open Communication Interface for Traffic( OCIT) for controlling traffic signals, another is the Open Parking System( OPS) for display and traffic flow control towards free parking spaces.
