The online store ranking shows, for example, on a monthly or annual basis, the sequence of online stores with the most visitors and the reach in relation to all Internet users. In Germany, for example, the market research company Nielsen publishes the online store ranking on a monthly basis with its Nielsen Netview report. It is based on 24,000 German users with web access at home or in the office and includes all sites of a brand.
