Observation of Daily Living (ODL) stands for the observation of the daily state of health. This observation differs from remote patient monitoring
in that it exclusively concerns medical values that are important for a patient and that he can monitor himself. Activities
and medical values that patients can monitor themselves include, for example, sleep patterns, values for food intake, activity and well-being phases, but also medical values for blood pressure, blood sugar, body temperature and others. ODL data can be self-recorded and incorporated into medical findings in the event of health problems. They help to round off the overall picture of the patient.
