The Mobile Subscriber ISDN Number (MSISDN) is the network-specific subscriber number of a mobile subscriber.

This is the complete telephone number under which the subscriber can be reached, including the country code. The call number scheme is described under ITU-T RecommendationE.164.

The MSISDN has 15 digits and is composed of the country code(LKZ), which for Germany is (0)49, the national destination code( NDC), which is the network code within a country, the location directory number ( HLR) and the subscriber number ( SN).
