mobile subscriber ISDN number (mobile communications) (MSISDN)

The Mobile Subscriber ISDN Number (MSISDN) is the network-specific subscriber number of a mobile subscriber.

Identity numbers of subscribers, terminals and radio cells in mobile communications networks.

This is the complete telephone number under which the subscriber can be reached, including the country code. The call number scheme is described under ITU-T RecommendationE.164.

The MSISDN has 15 digits and is composed of the country code(LKZ), which for Germany is (0)49, the national destination code( NDC), which is the network code within a country, the location directory number ( HLR) and the subscriber number ( SN).
