manufacturing message format standard (MMFS)

The Manufacturing Message Format Standard (MMFS) is a standard developed by Electronics Industry Association ( EIA) for formattingdata packets and encoding and decoding the data. MMFS was applied in the Manufacturing Automation Protocol ( MAP) and was replaced by RS-511, layer 7.
