low power TTL (L-TTL)

To reduce the power consumption of TTL logics, the TTL subfamily Low-Power-TTL (L-TTL) was developed. It has the advantage over TTL logic that it requires only 1 mW and thus less than one tenth of the power of TTL logic. A disadvantage for many applications is the relatively high switching time of over 30 ns.
