low power TTL (L-TTL)

In order to reduce the power consumption of TTL logics, the TTL subfamily Low-Power-TTL (L-TTL) was developed. Compared to TTL logic, it has the advantage that it requires only 1 mW and thus less than one tenth of the power of TTL logic. A disadvantage for many applications is the relatively high switching time of over 30 ns.
