international closed user group (ICUG)

International Closed User Group (ICUG) is a feature of public switched networks that enables the establishment of international closed user groups( CUG).

This feature can be used to set up cross-country and cross-continent closed user groups and to define their bilateral communication relationships with each other. The participants of an ICUG can only communicate within the previously defined participant group.

In addition, the traffic relationships between the participants of the group and their authorizations among each other can be defined.
