basic imaging profile (BIP)

Bluetooth can be used to implement a processing chain from capturing an image with a digital camera, to processing it in a personal computer, to outputting it to a color printer. This application is supported by the Bluetooth Basic Imaging Profile (BIP). This Bluetooth profile can be used to transfer and print image files in JPEG.
