human resources (HR)

Human resources(HR) is human capital. It is the intangible assets of a company's employees: experience and knowledge, certain skills and abilities, motivations and activities that enable the company to better achieve its goals. Human resources, i.e. manpower, are used by Human Resource Management( HRM) for specific organizational, production or sales activities or for management tasks.
