high speed CMOS (H-CMOS)

High-speed CMOS technology (H-CMOS) has the advantages of CMOS technology, but combines low power consumption with a short signal propagation time of 9 ns. It is thus comparable to LS-TTL, operates with an operating voltage of +5 V, but has no power consumption in the idle state.
