high performance radio link (HIPERLINK)

Hiperlink is a concept developed by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) for an extremely broadband radio link in the connection area. With this fixed radio link for the close range up to about 150 m, transmission rates of 155 Mbit/s are achieved, making Hiperlink suitable for connecting Hiperaccess networks and HiperLAN access points to WLANs.
