Government to Citizen (G2C) or Government to Consumer (G2C) characterizes all interactive processes and services that take place between government agencies, institutions, authorities and citizens within the framework of e-government. This can involve electronic applications, inquiries, notifications, submissions and directories that citizens have to a public authority or wish to view.
