fiber to the antenna (FTTA)

Fiber to the Antenna(FTTA) is used, among other things, in Remote Radio Heads( RRH). In the case of fiber to the antenna, the transmission path of the optical fiber extends from the baseband unit( BBU) to the remote radio heads (RRH), which are attached to the antenna mast. From there, the radio signal is further routed to the antennas via high- frequency cables.
