The Enhanced Backup Solutions Initiative (EBSI) is an open industry forum launched in 2002 with the goal of making enterprise storage and data protection easier. EBSI educates users about new more efficient backup technologies. Members of the initiative include many well-known manufacturers and vendors in the storage networking field.
