Dynamic Case Management (DCM) is a case-oriented management of business processes that takes into account current changes.

DCM management works with modern technologies, it considers current events and the resulting changes to achieve optimal decisions for business processes.

It is similar to Business Process Management( BPM) and improves workflow. The difference is that DCM management is unstructured and based on current events and their changes, whereas BPM management is based on repetitive structured processes.
