Dynamic Case Management (DCM) is a case-oriented management of business processes that takes current changes into account.
DCM management works with modern technologies, it considers current events
and the resulting changes to achieve optimal decisions for the business processes. It is comparable to Business Process Management (BPM) and improves the workflow. The difference is that DCM management is unstructured and based on current events and their changes, whereas BPM management is based on repetitive structured processes.
