(CIS) is used to collect, manage and evaluate customer information, create invoices and issue service requests. A corresponding system provides information about the individual needs and preferences of individual customers. Customer information systems can be used to study current trends and analyze customer buying behavior. For this purpose, customer inquiries, orders, correspondence and deliveries are evaluated and analyzed and expenditures are determined.
The storage and use of customer information is subject to legal regulations. Therefore, only information that does not have an adverse effect on the customer should be collected and used.
