The cover card is an information or advertising sheet that is inserted into the jewel box and can be read from the front of the compact disc ( CD) or DVD. For audio CDs, the cover card contains the title of the compact disc and the artist. Instead of the cover card, the front of the jewel box may also contain a booklet.
