controlled access area (BNG) (CAA)

Controlled Access Area (CAA) refers to the controlled access area. This refers to the entire building and plant area that is under physical control. Unauthorized persons are not permitted unrestricted access within the CAA area. They must either be accompanied by authorized personnel or constantly monitored electronically.
