computer integrated telephony and telemetry (CITT)

Computer Integrated Telephony and Telemetry (CITT) is a software solution for personal computers with which the functionalities of telephony and telemetry are realized in a multifunctional ISDN-capableterminal.

Such a CITT system supports all services and features that characterize ISDN. The services available include telephony, faxing with analog and digital fax machines, Datex-J and file transfer. CITT has a modular structure and can therefore be configured to suit specific applications. It offers a uniform user interface for all communication modules.
