computer aided instruction (CAI)

Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) means computer assisted instruction. CAI includes all programs used in teaching, instruction and training.

These programs are used in e-learning, Computer Based Training( CBT), as well as Web Based Training(WBT).

These are programs that facilitate presentation, promote learning behavior, support the creation of test sequences, deepen the transfer of knowledge and adapt the learning speed to the learner's knowledge. The imparted knowledge is constantlychecked by question and answer sequences. Since the comprehension ability of learners is quite different, CAI program adjust the learning speed and difficulty level individually to the knowledge progress of the learners.
