A Compact Source Iodide(CSI) is a special metal halide lamp used in studio applications. They are available with color temperatures of 4,000 K and 5,500 K. CSI lamps have narrow-band light emission, which means that they emit wavelengths only in a limited range. Their luminous flux can be well over 10,000 lumens( lm), and their color rendering index is Ra 80.
