Communities of Practice (CoP) are communities of practice. They are characterized by the fact that all participants have the same interest in a particular technical solution or business idea.
Such communities of practice exchange information intensively among each other, which means that the information exchanged serves to improve and further develop general knowledge. Therefore, communities of practice serve the professional learning strategy with which existing knowledge can be captured and shared among participants. The exchange of information can take place via professional networking, social networks or personal contact and can be incorporated into the Agile Release Train( ART) to support daily work.
Communities of Practice provide a broad range of expertise, experience, and experience sharing that allows individuals to master technical challenges, helping to meet product and business goals.
