common name resolution protocol (CNRP)

URL addresses are either extremely cryptic with many special characters or so complicated that one cannot remember these website addresses. To solve this problem, there are various approaches with which the Internet address (URL) is simplified so that a surfer can reach the corresponding Internet page with a proper name. The Common Name Resolution Protocol (CNRP) is intended to standardize communication for the various approaches. The Internet Engineering Task Force( IETF) took up the topic years ago and developed a parameterized approach in which the requests of the clients and the responses of the server can be provided with attributes.
