change request (PM)
A Change Request is a formal request to change a document, products or baselines.
Such a change request can be addressed to the project management, to the Change Control Board( CCB) or to a decision-making employee of a project group. Such change requests may be a proposed improvement to a higher performing product, project extensions or reductions, schedule shifts, or cost reduction and time savings proposals. These are changes to activities or sub-projects, requests that affect policies, procedures, processes, or schedules and structures.
