canadian trusted computer product evaluation criteria (CTCPEC)

The Canadian Standard for Information Technology Security Evaluation Criteria (CTCPEC) is comparable to the Information Technology Security Evaluation Criteria (ITSEC) and the Trusted Computer Security Evaluation Crit eria ( TCSEC) and, like the other two, was used to develop the Common Criteria ( CC), which defined uniform evaluation criteria worldwide. The publisher of the CTCPEC set of criteria is the Canadian Security Establishment (CSE), which published the first version in 1989.
