call waiting

Toggling is a service feature ofdigital telecommunication networks where a subscriber can alternately switch between two active connections. Only the subscribers of the currently active connection can communicate with each other. The waiting subscriber is held in the switch until the call is resumed and can be provided with music on hold in the meantime.

The connection charges are always incurred by the subscriber who initiated the connection setup by dialling.
