call forwarding no reply (ISDN) (CFNR)

With Call Forwarding No Reply (CFNR), a feature ofdigital telecommunications networks, the call is forwarded if the called party does not answer. This feature, also known as Call Forwarding No Answer (CFNA), allows the subscriber to forward the call if he or she does not answer within a certain period of time. Call forward ing is described in ITU-T Recommendation ITU-T I.252.
