call completion on no reply (ISDN) (CCNR)
Call Completion on No Reply (CCNR) is a service feature ofISDN. The calling subscriber's telephone number is shown on the called subscriber's display, even if the called subscriber does not pick up the connection and even after the calling subscriber has cancelled the call. The called party is automatically connected to the calling party's number after going off-hook.
