busy on busy (ISDN) (BOB)

Busy on Busy (BoB) is a feature ofISDN. It stands for Busy on Busy or Reject Call on Busy, and indicates that the dialed number is busy; the called party is making a telephone call. A busy signal is transmitted to the caller. An alternative to the BOB service feature is call waiting, in which a dial tone is transmitted to the caller.
