Business value is the value of a company's business. It is valued from many tangible and intangible assets.

The tangible assets include assets, real estate, equity, facilities, and the machinery and fleet. The intangible assets are represented by the company's image, brand name, customer loyalty and satisfaction, etc. In addition, there are the current sales figures, company profits, redemptions and various other factors.

Many subjective factors of investors play a decisive role in determining the business value of a company. These can be personal, political, financial or success-oriented.
