bipolar with three-zero substitution (B3ZS)

The B3ZS coding, Bipolar with Three-Zero Substitution (B3ZS), is a channel coding with bipolar violation( BPV) and AMI-compliantbits. Violation bits are forcibly inserted when the data stream has more than three consecutive zeros. This ensures that the data stream has sufficient level changesfor synchronization. B3ZS coding is essentially the same as HDB3 coding and is used in North American T-lines( T3).
