bidirectional frame (B-frame)
Bidirectional frames (B-frames) are the most highly compressed images in MPEG compression.
These video framesB-frames can be stored with compression ratios of up to 50:1. As the name suggests, bidirectional frames are obtained from the information of preceding and following predicted frames (P-frames) and intra frames(I-frames). In these frames, parts of the image are taken from preceding frames.
