The infrastructure of companies is divided into the front office, the customer-related area, and the back office, which is the area that deals with the company's own applications.

The back office includes administration, personnel management, warehousing, accounting, logistics and production.

Back office services exclusively handle internal company processes that do not affect the end user. These include the processing of orders, the procurement of materials, tools and production resources, personnel processing and much more. There is an interface between the front office and the back office through which orders and complaints are processed.
