Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) is the computer-aided work m design, engineering, and construction. The term is used for both CAD/ CAM applications, but in addition to purely design-related computer work, it can also include certain administrative tasks such as project bidding, contract award, and contract monitoring.
