Any Layer Internal Via Hole (ALIVH) is a process for through-hole plating of printed circuit boards.
This process uses conductive paste to make a contact between the different layers of multilayer PCBs.
The conductive paste is applied to drilled holes, which are then laminated on one or both sides. Contact to the next layer is made via the laminated areas and the conductive paste.
