alluminuim gallium indium phosphide (AlGaInP)

Aluminum gallium indium phosphide (AlGaInP) is a semiconductor material for laser diodes. The emitted wavelength of the AlGaInP semiconductor laser is in the red range and has wavelengths of 635 nm, 650 nm and 670 nm. The laser diodes are used in DVD players and in laser pointers.
